Shipping policy
Orders ship out of our warehouse located at 2720 Moraine Way, Batavia OH 45103. Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 48 hours Monday through Friday. For non-stock items we will communicate directly with you to establish the current lead time depending on material availability.
All orders subject to standard shipping charges as determined by carriers at the time of order. Orders are subject to ship less than truckload (LTL) or via a carrier of Whitewater's choice at Whitewater's discretion, regardless of shipping service selected at time of purchase.
Services such as LTL delivery, residential delivery, liftgate service, guaranteed delivery, inside delivery, job site delivery, heavy weight, items in excess of 60 inches in length may be subject to additional fees.
Customers receiving shipments in excess of 60 inches long delivering via liftgate service must be unloaded by forklift, at a dock, or by hand. Items in excess of 60in may be subject to increased fees at the discretion of the carrier. Whitewater Forest Products, LLC, is not responsible for any additional charges incurred by the customer.
All freight/LTL deliveries requires inspection by the customer while the prior to signing that the freight was received in good condition. If there are damages they must be noted on the delivery slip. Signing that the freight was received in good condition releases Whitewater Forest Products, LLC of any liability for the shipment.
In the event of damage, we require pictures of both the product and the packaging. We are unable to process replacement requests without this.
Lead times on out of stock and/or pre-order items are estimated 4-6 weeks and subject to change at any time. Lead times are approximations and are not guaranteed. Lead times vary by item, species, raw material availability, and current production workload.
In process orders cannot be cancelled and will be billed at full price.
While we make every effort to meet and exceed lead times, we are not responsible for any delays due to causes beyond our control such as carrier issues, weather, market volatility, raw material availability, equipment failure, pandemic, or any other unforeseen circumstance.
